Karen Huger is officially making her return to The Real Housewives of Potomac — and the Season 11 trailer makes it clear that the Grande Dame is coming back with plenty to say.

After spending time away from the Bravo series, Huger returns to the group following her six-month prison sentence stemming from her DUI conviction. Now, she's focused on rebuilding her life, protecting her peace and figuring out what comes next.

But her return isn't exactly quiet.

The trailer shows Huger navigating major changes in her marriage, friendships and personal life while reentering a group where old tensions haven't exactly disappeared.

Karen and Ray Huger's Marriage Faces a Major Turning Point

One of the biggest revelations in the trailer involves Karen's marriage to Ray Huger.

After nearly three decades together, Karen tells the women that she and Ray are going to live separately.

"I'm going to live separately from Ray," she announces.

The decision comes as Karen says she is entering a new chapter following her time in prison. Bravo describes her Season 11 storyline as one centered on wellness, reinvention, growth and protecting her peace.

The trailer also hints at questions about whether Karen is ready to date again, adding another layer of uncertainty to her future.

Wendy Osefo Faces Legal Pressure

While Karen is trying to rebuild, Dr. Wendy Osefo finds herself dealing with serious legal issues.

The trailer references Wendy potentially facing jail time amid ongoing legal troubles involving her and her husband, Eddie Osefo. Wendy is shown discussing the situation with her legal team and becoming emotional as the pressure mounts.

The allegations are part of an ongoing legal matter, and the trailer does not resolve Wendy's situation. Instead, it suggests that the issue will become one of the season's central storylines.

At home, Wendy also questions where she stands with Eddie, adding personal strain to an already complicated situation.

Gizelle and Robyn's Friendship Gets Tested

Season 11 also appears to put one of Potomac's longtime friendships under pressure.

Robyn Dixon returns as a "friend of" the Housewives after previously stepping away from the main cast. But her reunion with Gizelle Bryant doesn't appear to be completely smooth.

The trailer shows Robyn confronting Gizelle over comments made on their podcast, while Karen appears to take Robyn's side.

Karen and Gizelle, meanwhile, have their own explosive confrontation. The two women are shown screaming at each other at a group event before Karen declares that Gizelle is "dead to me."

A New Housewife Brings a Different Energy

Courtney Ajinça is joining the cast as the newest full-time Housewife, and she is already making an impression.

The internationally known event designer is introduced in the trailer as an NBA wife, minister and self-described prophetess. Her husband is an assistant coach for the Washington Wizards.

Courtney's arrival immediately sparks curiosity among the women. Ashley Darby even describes her as being "a little cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs" in the trailer.

With Courtney bringing both her business world and faith into the group, viewers can expect her personality to quickly become a topic of conversation.

Tia Glover's Marriage Also Faces Questions

Tia Glover has her own relationship drama to navigate this season.

In the trailer, Tia becomes emotional after revealing that someone admitted to being on dating apps. When Wendy asks whether there was infidelity, Tia gives a cryptic response: "From what he says, no."

Her friendship with Stacey Rusch also appears to deteriorate.

The two women are shown enjoying time together before an argument erupts at a group dinner, with accusations flying between them.

A Familiar Face Returns

Monique Samuels is also returning to the show as a "friend of," joining Robyn in making appearances throughout the season.

Her return gives longtime fans another familiar face while the franchise introduces Courtney and continues reshuffling its relationships.

The cast will also travel to London during the season, adding an international backdrop to the drama.

When Does RHOP Season 11 Premiere?

The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 11 premieres Sunday, October 11, at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.

New episodes will stream the following day on Peacock.

The returning Housewives are Karen Huger, Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Dr. Wendy Osefo, Stacey Rusch and Tia Glover. Courtney Ajinça joins as the newest Housewife, while Robyn Dixon and Monique Samuels return as friends of the group.

With Karen rebuilding her life after prison, Wendy dealing with legal pressure, marriages being tested and friendships falling apart, Season 11 is shaping up to be one of Potomac's most personal chapters yet.
