It’s been one year since Eva Pilgrim took over as the host of Inside Edition, and she marked the milestone with a celebration filled with good food, friends and plenty of flavor.

To celebrate her first anniversary, Pilgrim headed to Sur La Table in New York, where she combined two important parts of her background—her Southern roots and Korean heritage—through a fun barbecue experience.

A Year Behind the Anchor Desk

Pilgrim officially began hosting Inside Edition in 2025, taking on one of television’s best-known entertainment and news programs.

Since then, she has brought her own style and personality to the show while connecting with viewers through a wide range of stories.

For her anniversary celebration, Pilgrim stepped away from the anchor desk and into the kitchen.

Celebrating With Food

At Sur La Table, Pilgrim enjoyed preparing barbecue alongside friends, incorporating flavors inspired by both sides of her heritage.
