Millions of iPhone users in the U.S. could soon qualify for compensation after Apple agreed to a proposed $250 million class-action settlement tied to advertising claims about its delayed AI-powered Siri features.

The lawsuit accused Apple of promoting advanced “Apple Intelligence” and upgraded Siri capabilities before those features were fully available on eligible iPhones. Apple denied wrongdoing but agreed to settle the case.

Who may qualify for payment

You may be eligible if you purchased one of these devices in the United States between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025:

• iPhone 16 models

• iPhone 15 Pro

• iPhone 15 Pro Max

The settlement could affect roughly 36–37 million devices nationwide.

How much money could you receive?

According to court filings:

• Eligible users may receive at least $25 per device

• Payments could reach up to $95 per device, depending on how many claims are filed and other settlement factors
