Caitlyn Jenner Claims Sophia Hutchins Owed Her $439,095 Before Death

Caitlyn Jenner has filed a creditor’s claim against Sophia Hutchins’ estate, alleging Hutchins owed her $439,095.88 in unpaid expenses before her death. Reports say the claim includes credit card charges, cash advances, legal fees, and furniture purchases, and the estate has reportedly “allowed” the claim, though court approval may still be required before payment.

What the claim says

According to the court documents, Jenner says Hutchins used more than $250,000 on her credit and debit cards for furniture, along with spending on eBay and Shopify. The filing also says Jenner had covered legal expenses and cash advances that Hutchins had planned to repay later.

Why it matters

The claim adds a financial dispute to an already tragic story, since Hutchins died in an ATV accident in July 2025 at age 29. Even though the estate appears to have accepted the amount, probate rules can still affect when and how payment is made.
